Hummingbee

Pregnancy yoga classes

in Ewell, Surrey, every Thursday, 6.15 - 7.30 pm  or 7.45 - 9.00 pm.  Suitable for ladies from 14 weeks.  Mats and all equipment provided.

Classes run in 5 week blocks.  Current block runs 31 May to 5 July 2018.

NO class Thurs 21 June 2018.  Cost £60 for 5 weeks. £14 pay as you go. Next block runs straight on from 12 July. Classes run continuously through 2018.  You can join mid-way email louise@hummingbee.co.uk

This pregnancy yoga class is convenient for people based in Epsom, Stoneleigh, Worcester Park, Cheam, Banstead, Chessington and Tolworth.

I'm honoured to have been teaching pregnancy yoga classes in this area for over 8 years and have a great amount of experience and knowledge.

Simply Pilates works in partnership with Epsom and St Helier Maternity Service and I have specialised in Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates.

The classes help you cope better with the aches and pains of pregnancy, improve your posture and get you back into shape after the birth of your baby.

' As a mother of three young children I have experienced first-hand the benefits of practicing Pilates. I believe that there’s no better way to strengthen your body to cope with the additional weight of pregnancy and prepare your body for labour. It’s also a safe way to heal the abdominal muscles post birth, tone up, and repair the pelvic floor. '

*Class size dependant – I donate money back to the maternity wings.

Antenatal Classes

Suitable for all trimesters.

Block booking of six weeks for £82. Term time only.

Tuesdays 5.25pm

55minutes Ruxley Lane Church, Ewell, Surrey, or other local venues. (Please enquire for availability and bookings)

Ladies in the 2nd and 3rd trimester are asked to bring along a pillow for support and 3rd trimester only, a large Pilate ball.

Free parking on site.

Equipment is provided apart from a mat. This is client preference for hygiene reasons. These can be purchased very cheaply from large supermarkets or online.

The thicker the mat the more comfort!

Overview

Pregnancy Yoga is a tailored pregnancy class, especially designed for ‘mums to be’ from around 14 weeks – birth. Classes help you throughout your pregnancy and towards your preparation for birth. Each class includes relaxation and breathing techniques to help you during labour; incorporate a range of physical movements and poses to help relieve common pregnancy ailments whilst strengthening your body and increasing flexibility. Each class leaves you feeling calm and relaxed. Bliss!
